Its starting to feel like my apt is turning into a drugstore. There's pills to take with breakfast, some powder before and after a ride, pills to take with lunch, and then to top it off another round with dinner, and some more powder right before bed.
They seem to work though, you train hard day in and day out your body is going to need some help recovering and maintaining itself, but the sad thing is, I should be taking even more than what I am, but I don't think I can stand to take anymore right now.
