Well today I made the drive up to Laramie, Wy for the Dead Dog race. Its a very boring drive, but once you cross the CO/WY line you hit the fireworks mega store. I am going to have to make a stop there on the way back to pick up some supplies.
This storm had me marked all the way from Boulder, and finally caught me in between Cheyenne and Laramie. It rained so hard pools of water collected on the interstate and all the cars had to resort to driving under 20 to keep from fishtailing.
Now I'm just hanging out in the hotel room till packet pick up then grab some dinner. The hotel isn't bad, they upgraded me to a king suite for no extra charge, which they should since they kill you on the price to begin with.
