Rio Training Camp Day 1

Its Sunday, the first day of training camp, and day 4 of being sick. It really sucks, all I want to do is head out and do the long hard training rides then be able to fully particiapate in the team activities, but I don't think its going to happen today. Probably just another easy spin then rest. I have to say I have the worst timing right now.
