Well it is another pictureless day, for once again I was either in too much pain going up or going to fast down. It was a good day though all together. Spent 5hrs on the bike in the mountains riding off from the main group with one of the top local guys. It may hurt, but I can definitly feel that I am getting stronger.
Time to get ready to head off to a New Years Eve party, so I hope everyone has a great night and have a happy New Year.
